The Loss Tapes
A podcast by Guvna B : https://www.instagram.com/guvnab/
Bio: In January 2019 I had an idea for a podcast. I wanted to talk to people about their experience of loss. I really struggled after losing my Dad and realised there isn’t really a clear cut way of dealing with grief because different things work for different people. I thought it would be sick to chat to all kinds of people about their personal experience and how they manage to try and move forward. A lot of the people are still on the journey which is great, because I for one can relate to not having it all figured out. It’s not just about losing someONE you love. I also talk to people about losing someTHING they love. Could be a dream, a career, hope, their confidence, and much more. This podcast might not take away your personal pain, but I think it’s sick to know you’re not alone in some of the things you may be feeling. I’m glad to finally be able to tick it off my to-do list and I hope it helps people process and learn.
